RiseSmart praises Business Faculty’s hands-on approach

Career Development & Outplacement company RiseSmart has been organising events at the Brussels-based event location Business Faculty for years. “As our staff kept growing, it became increasingly difficult to find a suitable event location with a decent price/performance ratio”, Isabelle Dauwe explains. “Eventually, we contacted Business Faculty after our colleagues at Randstad recommended the venue to us. It’s not only the location that convinces them every time; the Business Faculty team also perfectly knows how to handle any situation. “During our events, I like to keep a clear overview and I hate it when I’m not in control of everything. Every single detail must be perfect. But at Business Faculty, I don’t mind leaving tasks to others. If we have any last-minute issues or changes, Kris, Natascha and Ann immediately do what’s needed to fix the situation. They take a lot of stress off my shoulders”, says Isabelle.

“The seminar consultants make sure our experience at the venue is worry-free – and they even continue to support us after the event. Every year, we meet up with the team to discuss the last national meetings, sales meetings or strategic days. What could be improved? What went smoothly? The team goes to great lengths to get to know us and cater to our needs. There’s a constant dialogue. This synergy and follow-up truly make the difference”, Isabelle continues.

Custom seasonal food buffets

The catering team also listens to the customer’s needs carefully, Isabelle says. “They adapt their offer to our wishes and always look for new formulas. For example, we wanted to move away from the typical sandwich formula and offer a healthy lunch instead.” Which wasn’t a problem: “Attendees at our events can now pick what they like from varied seasonal lunch buffets. For dessert, we enjoy delicious fruit intead of cookies. Shortly put, we’ve got plenty of options. I don’t even have to notify Business Faculty about my colleagues’ special wishes or allergies anymore; there’s always something for everyone”, Isabelle concludes.
