'Managers' Day' at Dela

"We chose Business Faculty's meeting rooms and personal service for the Managers' Day," says Ingrid Rens, Management Assistant at Dela. "We received an incredibly warm and professional welcome at Business Faculty. The entire team was happy to help us at all times, both during the preparation and during the day itself. We could not have chosen a better seminar centre."

Dela is the only funeral specialist in Belgium to combine both insurance for and organisation of funerals. Every spring and autumn it organises its 'Managers' Day' meeting for some 70 to 80 people. In order to say farewell to 2014 and move into 2015 in the same direction, they used Business Faculty's meeting rooms and services.

From start to finish

"Because we were expecting people from all around the country, this time round we were looking for a central location that was easily accessible. Business Faculty in Brussels was the most suitable, not least because of the free parking, but also because nothing was too much trouble. The entire team was ready to help us from start to finish."

Nothing too much trouble

"The theme of the meeting this time was our motto 'Great Place 2 work’ so we wanted to take the opportunity to move in the same direction in a fun way. We had planned all sorts of presentations and decorations including a wacky bingo game, helium balloons, messages on the wall etc. In short, everything to make a great day. Of course we needed a lot of space for this: a room for plenary sessions and a few other rooms for break-out sessions. Business Faculty was ready to help us throughout the day to ensure that the entire organisation and planning ran smoothly, because there was a lot to keep an eye on. Even last-minute changes were handled happily. The ultimate flexibility! The delegates also had plenty of praise for Business Faculty, the team and their hospitality, which is always important to us. So we will certainly return for a future meeting or other events."
